Turning Point- A trauma-informed education alternative for 11–16s not thriving in mainstream school. Small group or 1:1 sessions focused on English, Maths, PSHE, and enrichment. Flexible attendance, & emotional mentoring.

 Day and overnight placements for young people needing stability or a break. 1:1 or 2:1 trauma-aware support, relationship-building, outdoor activities, and care placements—bookable short or long term. 

 A community-friendly, relaxed café that’s also a safe space, training hub, and event venue. Opportunities for mentoring, employability, skills practice, and private hire for all your work & personal bookings. 

 JT Group Sussex provides trusted door supervision, SIA trained secure escort and transport services, professional cleaning for venues and events, and high quality training. Our team delivers safety, reliability and care across every service. We support businesses, community spaces and events with a calm, skilled and customer focused approach. 

 Support for 14–25s to launch their own business or gain work skills. Weekly mentoring, micro-grants, certificates, and tailored business or work preparation. 

 Workshops and tailored in-house training on trauma-informed practice, with certificates and practical resources included. Training can be attended by  at individuals or we can tailor packages that can be delivered to your teams in your settings.

Our  programs offer professional adult and youth-friendly training for work and life skills, including, SIA Security Licensing, Education & Training Awards (teaching & classroom skills), Food Hygiene  certificates. Functional Skills (English & Maths), and emergency First Aid at Work
